Who We Are
We provide opportunities for people from disadvantaged communities to live their Dream. Whether it may be for students to strive in their Education and be recognized for bursaries, assisting a student to use their sport talent to secure a bursary, Sponsor a Matriculant with a Matric Jacket to encourage them to do good in their final year or just assist someone to go on a trip locally or internationally to support their sport live. Since starting our venture in 2019 we pledged to create the platform for others to live their dream!

What We Do
Making A Difference
Project Winter Warmer
Members of SA Dream hunters, their families and friends and old scholars of Macassar and Zandvliet High School in Macassar, Helderberg, Western Cape, South Africa all pitched in with donations and sponsored 5 learners from each school with a Matric Jacket. This program will include more schools from 2022 in the Helderberg area. The objective is to INCLUDE those students who are not in the position to afford the jacket and inspire them to do well in their final year. Coaching, Motivation and study help is available for learners by professionals during exam times.

HETS Project
Higher Education Through Sport. A under 16 tournament will be played each year where learners will be identified to represent the under 18 Dream Hunter Team the next year. Only underprivileged Government schools in the region will participate and the selected players will receive professional coaching by qualified coaches and mentoring to develop their mind to think of their future careers and behaving professionally whilst enjoying the sport they love. The under 18 team plays in a local tournament or matches to which representatives of Universities are invited as scouts to see if there is any talented players they wish to offer study bursaries. This team will also attend a summer camp tour to France where they will be hosted by a local Sports organization and also play a match to be scouted for any exchange program opportunities. Many coaching, mentoring and other jobs are created through this program. Western Province is aware of us and our program and supports it. We are not affiliated with WP or the TIP program.
Outreach
The touring members of the group has fundraisers to support their trip. After each fundraiser we have a outreach project whether it is a soup kitchen or food donation to shelters. Ask us how you can get involved.
